Description
Stepper electric actuator is an executive electromechanical device designed to perform a dimensional movement of the actuator of any mechanism.
The drive converts the electrical control pulses into discrete mechanical displacements. In some cases, the speed of rotation of the mechanism is controlled by means of a stepping motor.
The electric stepper drive is a complete device consisting of a stepper motor and a driver of the stepping drive.
The driver of the stepping drive is usually a connecting element between the windings of the stepper motor supplying the network and the upper level controller that controls the drive.
